HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?
You can email me at KylieJColt@gmail dot com, or you can message me through the site application form.
I use a range of programs for counselling, including Skype and FB Messenger Video Chat, Zoom chat, but I am happy to work with whatever program you'd like to use and is familiar to you.
There is also no requirement for Video to be on, although you may still want to see me as I talk.
DO YOU OFFER GROUP CONSULTATIONS OR WORKSHOPS?
I am open to this in the future, particularly around ADHD groups because I believe we'd all face similar obstacles, and others may have suggestions to help you overcome obstacles, or provide insight into how their lives have improved since being diagnosed.
These would be confidential groups, and invite only.
Workshops may be helpful for more business environments, so for now, I'm mostly interested in working with individuals but would be open to speaking at schools, or to businesses in the future.
WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?
Depending on what service you are seeking, preparation should be that you simply don't need to be too worried or anxious. I will work at your pace, I will work at where you're at right now, and will frequently check in to see if strategies, or suggestions or if you feel we are connecting in the coaching or a therapeutic relationship. This is about you and how you want to structure our time together, and what you want to prioritise.
